Fans of Judge Judy’s sharp humor and no-nonsense demeanor will find familiar vibes in Levy, as he showcases a similar courtroom presence in the trailer, delivering witty and incisive remarks that reflect his mother’s legacy. Interestingly, Judge Judy initially hesitated about passing on the judicial baton, confessing that she wasn’t ready to relinquish her role years ago because she believed her son had the potential to outshine her—a thought she found unsettling.
Scheduled to debut on September 14, the new show, produced by Judge Judy herself, follows the conclusion of the original “Judge Judy” program after an impressive 25-season run on CBS, where it reigned as the top syndicated show, drawing an average of 10 million viewers per episode.
Viewers can anticipate the same level of excitement and commitment to justice in “Adam’s Law,” as Levy, with over 25 years of legal expertise, emphasizes the importance of honesty in the courtroom.
