Morrisons has introduced a new feature called the Wheel of Prizes for users of its More Card app, offering the chance to win free shopping for a year. This promotion is running until August 25, allowing More Card holders to win a prize every week by spending £10 or more either online or in-store.
The prizes up for grabs include More Card points and complimentary products. Each week, seven lucky shoppers will win a year’s worth of groceries valued at £3,000. Shoppers can spin the wheel once a week within the More Card app.
For non-app users, a Wheel of Prizes coupon will be provided at the checkout. The spending threshold does not cover purchases at Morrisons Daily convenience stores, Deliveroo, or Amazon.
Gareth Lloyd, the Director of Loyalty at Morrisons, expressed that the Wheel of Prizes aims to enhance customers’ shopping experience with joy and rewards. Morrisons More members earn five More points on scanned products, leading to a Morrisons Fiver reward upon reaching 5,000 points.
Additionally, Morrisons has introduced More Partner Points, enabling customers to earn points when shopping with select retailers like eBay, Very, Just Eat, Expedia, and ASOS. These points are accessible through the Morrisons More app or website and are automatically added to the user’s account.
In other news, Morrisons recently closed several smaller Morrisons Daily stores, meat and fish counters, in-store cafes, Market Kitchens, florists, and pharmacies. The Wheel of Prizes feature is exclusively digital and open to all registered More Card customers.
