Recent signs suggest that there is friction between a pair of Love Island contestants, not long after their shared success in the All Stars final.
The second season of the ITV2 spin-off wrapped up a few weeks back, crowning Gabby Allen, 33, and Casey O’Gorman, 28, as the champions. The duo emerged victorious alongside four other couples, including Catherine Agbaje, 24, and Omar Nyame, 26, in the final held in South Africa.
During a radio segment on KISS, Gabby engaged in a game of Guess Who? with Casey, where they discussed Catherine and Omar’s relationship dynamics. Gabby mentioned that Catherine had a more social role within the villa’s drama and hinted at the couple’s lesser post-show togetherness.
Responding to Gabby’s comments, Catherine posted a video on TikTok addressing the insinuation that she and Omar lacked connection compared to other pairs. She expressed surprise at Gabby’s statements, emphasizing their lack of communication and focus on their own relationship.
Both Catherine and Gabby were original cast members of the latest All Stars season, introduced in January. Casey joined shortly after and formed a bond with Gabby, while Omar entered in the third week and coupled up with Catherine.
The series winners were Gabby and Casey, with Luca Bish and Grace Jackson as runners-up. Curtis Pritchard and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu secured third place, while Catherine and Omar landed in fourth. Elma Pazar and Sammy Root rounded up the final standings in fifth place.
