“Eurovision Live Tour 2026: Celebrating 70 Years!”

Must read

Good evening Europe! The inaugural Eurovision Song Contest live tour has been unveiled to celebrate the pop extravaganza’s 70th anniversary, promising a lineup free of ‘nul points’.

Featuring iconic acts from the competition’s seven-decade history and introducing 10 new talents from the 2026 contest, the tour kicks off at London’s 02 Arena on June 15. It will then travel to 10 European cities, including Hamburg, Milan, and Paris, before wrapping up in Stockholm, Sweden, on July 2. Surprise guest performances are also on the agenda for each tour date.

While the roster of 2026 artists is pending confirmation, fans are eager to see legendary acts like Conchita Wurst, Lordi, Loreen, and the iconic UK group Bucks Fizz take the stage. The UK, a five-time Eurovision winner, has had its ups and downs in the competition, with victories ranging from Sandie Shaw’s “Puppet on a String” in 1967 to Katrina and the Waves’ “Love Shine A Light” in 1997.

In recent years, the UK’s performance has been mixed, with Sam Ryder’s “Space Man” securing second place in 2022, but subsequent entries receiving fewer points. Eurovision Song Contest director Martin Green expressed excitement about the live tour, calling it a unique celebration of the contest’s evolution and legacy over 70 years.

James O’Brien, chief executive of Progress Productions, shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming concert series, describing it as a tribute to the unforgettable performances that have graced the Eurovision stage. Last year’s shows attracted a massive global audience of 175 million viewers.

For those interested in attending, ticket registration is open at www.eurovision.com/account/register/. Full artist line-ups for each tour location will be released on www.eurovision.com/tour.
