Police have released a photograph of a person of interest in connection with the tragic killing of a young man in Birmingham. Chris Ikouara lost his life after being stabbed at Olton Boulevard East in Acocks Green on January 13. A spokesperson for the police stated, “We are seeking the community’s assistance in locating a man sought in connection with Chris Ikouara’s murder in Acocks Green. Mr. Ikouara, aged 19, was fatally stabbed at an address on Olton Boulevard East and was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Detectives have been actively investigating the incident, speaking with witnesses and analyzing CCTV footage from the vicinity. The public is urged to come forward with any information regarding Zachariah Liburd, 22, who is a person of interest in the case.
