David Beckham was caught on camera nonchalantly removing a parking ticket from the windshield of his £160,000 Bentley, which he had parked right outside the Rolex store on Bond Street. The ticket, costing about £110, is a mere trifle for the wealthy footballer, who was with his wife Victoria at the luxury watch shop in Central London.
As David noticed the ticket, Victoria went to the passenger side while he leaned over to snatch it before they drove off together. The couple, with a combined net worth of around £500 million, seemed unfazed by the incident.
A bystander filmed the scene, and the footage was obtained by the Mail. The Mirror has contacted David’s representatives for a statement.
The ex-Manchester United player has an impressive collection of multi-million-pound cars, including the Bentley and several other top-of-the-line vehicles. One of his favorites is a custom-made Maserati MC20 supercar, specifically designed for him, with a price tag of £220,000.
David, a former England midfielder at 50, owns two of these remarkable cars, with the specially designed model holding a special place in his heart. Maserati describes the MC20 as the “ultimate super sports car,” evident from its sleek and stylish design.
In an interview with British GQ, David expressed his admiration for the MC20, mentioning his cars in Miami and London, with the latter sporting a gunmetal grey finish. Despite his attempts to convince Victoria to drive it, she has been hesitant.
Recently, David and Victoria faced a dispute with their neighbors over their driveway at their £12 million Oxfordshire estate. They sought to create a new entrance to avoid sharing access with others, eventually receiving approval for a new driveway.
Their property shares the route with guests of the exclusive Soho Farmhouse, a popular celebrity retreat. Local residents expressed concerns about the proposed access road, questioning the necessity of additional traffic in the area.
