Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that gradually increase in intensity over time to support users in their fitness journey.
One standout addition is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, combining 20-minute workouts of these two popular types. Additionally, there is the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan aimed at incorporating Yoga into users’ routines consistently.
For those looking to kickstart their fitness routine, the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program includes Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week for just 10 minutes each. This four-week plan is designed to progressively enhance users’ fitness levels.
Apart from these programs, Apple Fitness+ will offer new episodes of Time to Walk featuring celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will return with workout playlists featuring music from renowned artists, including Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter KAROL G.
Users can also access guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Apple Fitness+ content is accessible on various devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with additional features when paired with Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
The subscription service is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually.
