Emmerdale actress Paula Lane has joyfully updated fans shortly after the birth of her son. Known for her roles as Ella Forster in Emmerdale and Kylie Platt in Coronation Street, Paula had announced her pregnancy with husband Tom Shaw last year.
Already a mother to Arthur, born in 2014, and Penny, born in 2016, Paula recently shared the arrival of her new baby boy, Patrick, on Instagram. She expressed her love and gratitude for their new addition, calling him a long-awaited completion of their family.
Just days after welcoming Patrick, Paula, who departed Emmerdale last year, took to social media to share glimpses of her life with the newborn. Her posts featured heartwarming moments of bonding, feeding, cuddling, playing Monopoly, and leisurely walks with their dog.
Fans were quick to flood the comments with congratulations and well wishes for Paula and her family. They admired the photos and expressed joy at seeing Paula and baby Patrick so content together.
Paula Lane is best known for her portrayal of Kylie on Coronation Street, where her character shared a romantic storyline with David Platt. However, Kylie met a tragic end in 2016, leaving viewers devastated as she died in David’s arms after sustaining fatal injuries.
