Must read

Footage has surfaced showing Anthony Joshua exiting a vehicle involved in a crash that resulted in the deaths of two individuals in Nigeria. The incident occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Monday, December 29, as Joshua, the former heavyweight champion, was traveling in a Jeep. Reports indicate that the collision occurred when the Jeep struck a stationary truck in his parents’ homeland. Joshua had recently defeated Jake Paul in a boxing match.

According to local sources, Joshua was seated in the back of the vehicle and sustained minor injuries. He has been taken to a hospital for treatment, while authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.

Eyewitnesses rushed to assist Joshua and others involved in the crash, with video footage showing Joshua being helped out of the vehicle. Reports suggest that the accident occurred after the vehicle veered into the stationary truck due to a burst tire, causing a loss of control.

Witnesses, including Adeniyi Orojo, recounted the details of the incident, mentioning that Joshua was in a convoy of two vehicles when the crash happened. Tragically, two occupants of the vehicle lost their lives at the scene.

Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, confirmed that Joshua was safe and en route to the hospital. The incident comes shortly before the new year, with Joshua hinting at significant plans ahead, including reigniting his rivalry with Tyson Fury.

In a social media post following his recent victory, Joshua thanked his supporters and hinted at exciting developments in the upcoming year.
