King Charles has reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s support for Ukraine, expressing solidarity with the nation during the ongoing Russian invasion. Emphasizing the importance of peace for Ukraine’s security, sovereignty, and prosperity, the monarch conveyed his heartfelt wishes for a lasting resolution to the conflict.
On the first anniversary of the 100-Year Partnership between the UK and Ukraine, Charles underscored the significance of the bond between the two countries. Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy reportedly traveled to Ukraine for discussions on future collaborations under the partnership.
In a message to Ukraine, King Charles extended his thoughts and prayers to the Ukrainian people as the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion approaches.
