Must read

The recent Storm Goretti in January has brought a mix of rain, snow, and frost to the streets of Britain, coinciding with a surge in colds and flus this season. To combat the abundance of viruses circulating in the air, renowned TV personality Dr. Michael Mosley’s popular dish is resurfacing once again, featuring a budget-friendly ingredient priced at just 12p that helps fight off illnesses and enhances the immune system.

Derived from his Fast 800 Diet Plan, the accomplished author and expert introduced his delectable dish to boost immunity and combat weight gain. The focal point of his recipe: turmeric.

Discussing the impact of excess body fat on immunity, the doctor highlighted how a significant portion of adults in Britain are either obese or struggling with being overweight. The Fast 800 program was developed as a method to assist those aiming to shed weight and enhance their well-being by offering tasty low-calorie recipes that are also low in carbohydrates.

During an interview with SBS Foods about the benefits of turmeric, Dr. Mosley mentioned, “I first tried a turmeric latte during my visit to Sydney in 2017, and I found it very enjoyable. I also enjoy incorporating turmeric into my morning omelettes.”

The turmeric-infused chicken curry with cauliflower rice is crafted to deliver a plethora of nutrients and vitamins, boosting energy levels and curbing hunger. Below are the ingredients required for the recipe serving four, devised by Dr. Clare Bailey (Dr. Mosley’s wife).

The preparation time totals 35 minutes, and the ingredients can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days, with the rice having a shorter shelf life of two days.
