The Revolut deal also includes 20GB of roaming in the EU and the US at no extra cost, making it attractive for frequent travelers.
Revolut Mobile offers a Messaging Pass for global messaging in over 80 countries, allowing low-bandwidth data usage for platforms like WhatsApp. Users can add up to three phone numbers to a single plan for better line management and receive a complimentary NordVPN membership for secure browsing. The service is currently rolling out to waitlisted customers, with full public availability scheduled for January 2026.
While Revolut’s move is ambitious, industry experts caution that success is not guaranteed. Analysts emphasize the need for strong execution in combining banking services with mobile connectivity, especially in the competitive MVNO market. Despite challenges, Revolut is confident in its ability to challenge established networks like EE and Vodafone.
