“RFK Jr. Surprised by Trump’s Vitality on Junk Food Diet”

Must read

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. expressed surprise at Donald Trump’s continued vitality despite his unhealthy eating habits. Kennedy, a controversial figure in US health circles, revealed that President Trump’s diet mainly consists of McDonald’s, candy, and Diet Coke, quipping that Trump’s resilience is akin to that of a deity. Kennedy clarified that Trump’s penchant for junk food is primarily during travel, as he prefers food from large corporations to avoid falling ill on the road.

Speaking on The Katie Miller Podcast, hosted by former Trump aide Katie Miller, Kennedy commended Trump’s remarkable health. He mentioned that Dr. Mehmet Oz, who assessed Trump’s medical records, noted Trump’s exceptionally high testosterone levels for his age group. Kennedy humorously added that he believed Trump would appreciate the compliment. Dr. Oz was appointed by Trump to lead the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Trump’s preference for fast food while traveling has been well-documented. Republican National Committee chair Joe Gruters recounted a notable incident on the 2024 campaign trail where Trump indulged in multiple items from McDonald’s, including hot fries, a Filet-O-Fish, a Quarter Pounder, and a Big Mac, all in one sitting.

Speculation about Trump’s health has been frequent, prompting him and his administration to offer reassurances. Trump disclosed in a recent interview that he takes higher doses of aspirin than recommended by doctors, attributing it to bruises on his hands. He has been seen sporting concealers, plasters, or bandages to cover these bruises.

Despite criticism about his health, Trump maintains that he is in excellent condition, claiming to feel as he did four decades ago. He defended his aspirin intake, emphasizing his preference for aspirin over traditional blood thinners due to concerns about their side effects.

Challenging reports of declining health, Trump shared that he recently aced a Cognitive Examination in front of numerous medical professionals, dismissing claims of cognitive decline or poor physical health as false and defamatory. He criticized media outlets like The New York Times for allegedly spreading fake news to discredit him.
