Stacey Solomon’s go-to Kärcher jet washer is her secret to a spring-ready garden

Stacey Solomon posted a series of stories on her Instagram using her favourite Kärcher jet washer to spray down her children’s playing equipment in the garden. Stacey claimed this pressure washer was “the best thing that ever happened” to her and jokingly said “I don’t really need anything else in my life but my jet wash”.
The exact one Stacey is using is the Kärcher K 7 Premium Smart Control Pressure Washer, retailing for a massive £520. Of course, this is a huge amount to pay, but if you regularly pressure wash your patio, garden furniture, or even your car, we think you’ll get fantastic use out of it and eventually make money back by not having to rent one or pay for someone to clean your garden for you.

This clever product connects to the Karcher Home & Garden app on your smartphone via Bluetooth, which provides assembly, maintenance and care instructions. The jetwasher also features a boost mode for extra power, meaning you’ll easily remove the most stubborn dirt.
Reviews have praised this washer for being an upgrade on other models, with one shopper writing: “Great improvement on my older model K6. Have a look more controls on pressure requirements. With a good selection of various cleaning products for every situation.” And a second saying: “Extra power with the rotary “dirt blaster” has halved the time I took to clean my large block-paving drive”.
A criticism a few have noted, however, is the fragility of the jet washer. One said: “Great product BUT the first time I used the accessory to clean my decking it broke⦠the decking cleaning head is effective but very fragile.”.
The large price is not something everyone can afford, but we do have a few alternatives to shop instead. In fact, Kärcher’s K 2 Power Control Home pressure washer is currently reduced on Amazon from £149.99 to £115. This doesn’t have the handy smart control features like Stacey’s one, but it has received thousands of glowing reviews claiming it has the “power to strip everything back to its original colour and form”. And this Karcher one is a lot more wallet-friendly.
Bosch’s High Pressure Washer is another great option, and also on sale. This washer has been reduced from £199.99 to £139.99 on Amazon and boasts fantastic reviews for effectively removing dirt, algae and cement splashes from driveways and patios.
