The Backstreet Boys have announced a string of shows in Toronto for the upcoming year to demonstrate their enduring popularity among Canadian fans. The renowned ’90s boy band will present their performance, Into the Millennium — Homecoming: Live in Canada, at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in February and March, featuring a total of 12 dates, marking their exclusive North American stadium appearances for 2027. This achievement surpasses the previous record of six shows held by The Weeknd and Taylor Swift at the same venue, as reported by Billboard.
Initially unveiling four Toronto concerts in early October through a social media post, the group later expanded the series due to overwhelming demand, extending the schedule from February into March. Brian Littrell, a member of the group, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support from their Canadian fans, stating that Canada has always held a special place in their hearts.
Following the success of their recent Into the Millennium concert series at the immersive Sphere venue in Las Vegas in 2025, the Backstreet Boys are now gearing up for their Toronto shows. The group’s Las Vegas residency, which saw sold-out performances, was extended through the summer, with additional dates scheduled around New Year’s Day. They also took their production to Germany for a series of shows in Düsseldorf, a country they credit for being one of the first to embrace them at the start of their career.
The upcoming Toronto performances will pay tribute to the Backstreet Boys’ iconic 1999 album, Millennium, which included chart-topping hits such as “I Want It That Way,” “Larger Than Life,” and “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.” In addition to these classic tracks, the setlist for the Toronto concerts will feature favorites from other albums, including “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” and lesser-known songs like “The Perfect Fan,” as per details shared by host Rogers and promoter Live Nation Canada.
Fans can anticipate an unforgettable experience as the Backstreet Boys take the stage in Toronto for four consecutive weekends, starting from February 12 until March 7. Tickets for these highly-anticipated shows are currently available for purchase.
