Securing the first position is SAP, a software engineering company, where senior-level account executives earn between £57,000 and £89,000. Employees praised SAP for its flexible working hours, generous vacation time, advanced technology, and support for work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot, lauded for its diverse workforce, excellent benefits, and a culture that embraces flexible remote work. The company offers salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 for managerial roles.
Google, positioned third on the list, pays software engineers between £70,000 and £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career progression.
Owen Humphries, Glassdoor’s president, commended these exceptional employers for maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and trust despite the challenges of 2025.
