Northbound commuters faced temporary lane closures between junctions J19 and J20 due to a minor collision, which has now been resolved as per National Highways data.
The M1 southbound entry slip at junction J33 witnessed another collision leading to further closures for southbound traffic. National Highways expects delays to persist overnight and into rush hour, with the slip lane incident anticipated to clear by 6 am.
